Surgery 101

Last Saturday,I had to get surgery. The lady had to cut my gums and phenomenal (something like that).I had to be taken out of school and everyone in my class said you are so lucky!Of course I was NOT lucky! The lady had to stick a BUNCH of shots in my mouth. Then, they did the REAL surgery. At first I wondered why are they scraping the plaque off of my teeth? It sounded as if they scraping off all of the plaque off of my teeth. After the lady was done scraping off my gums she started stitching my mouth up.When she pulled the thread out of my mouth I saw DARK red blood on it.It looked SO disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After the surgery was done, the lady told me that I could only eat ice cream that day.But did I listen?NO!I ate ice cream AND enchiladas. Then we went home and I burst into tears because the pain hurt SO bad. Then, I fell asleep and when I woke up the pain was gone.

Note:Last night I had to go to the bathroom and looked into the mirror and saw DROOL.Not the ordinary type of drool, it was BLOOD drool.I repeat BLOOD drool. Then I opened my and saw blood stained all over my teeth!I do not Know how, but I will leave you girls/guys to figure that out.

Sorry you had to go through that. I had to get four wisdom teeth out at the same time, and I wasn't rich like your uncle kimball was to get put to sleep, so I heard EVERYTHING they were doing in my mouth including drilling, cutting, tearing, and I saw, occasionally, some blood squirting on the dentists mask. So dang gross!
Nice job enduring it, you were younger than I was when I got it done.
By the way, if you don't know who I am, I am your mom's cousin. I like reading your blog and your mom's blog. You guys are interesting writers.

Oh man, that sounds rough! Was it your wisdom teeth? I still havent gotten mine out, but I need to because I can see them starting to peek out, and thats not a good thing! So its better that you're getting it done now instead of waiting till your 22 like me.
Take advantage of the soft foods diet, I hear its the best part!
Ps, any pictures?

So that's why you had bloody drool! You told me about that Sunday but not that you had surgery. Owie! I'm glad it didn't hurt the next morning.
